Quality Organization LEI's Total Quality Management (TQM) is organized around departmental and project improvement team based initiatives. The Quality Program is championed by LEI upper management and directed by the Quality Assurance Manager of Larkin Enterprises. Total Quality Management Total Quality Management is driven by the following concepts: 1. Customer satisfaction 2. Product and service reliability 3. Pursuit of continuous improvement Quality Assurance/Quality Control LEI is the holder of The national Board "R" and "S" Stamps. All Code and other activities are executed with an approved "Quality Control Manual". QA/QC personnel have an average of over twenty years experience. Personnel are recruited based on experience and technical certifications. |
