Founded in 1994 by Richard and Nancy Larkin, the business began
in the basement of their Hampden, Maine home. Nancy was serving
as bookkeeper, payroll administrator and performed all of the necessary
office duties. Richard was not only busy placing, but also supervising
qualified personnel on job sites from Maine Yankee to the Shaijo
Project in China.
Today Larkin's has approximately 400 contract workers in various job
sites nationwide. The Larkin's are proud to have built their company
with the support of many friends and family members. Scott Cram,
son of Nancy Larkin, was one of the first full time employees and
today is the Chief Operating Officer for Larkin.
